Thanks to generous donations from the Next Fifty Initiative, Aventa Foundation, Saguache County and the Colorado Finance and Housing Authority, and the hard work of the entire team, the Design Phase has been completed and approved by the CPCH Board. The completion of this phase gives us all of the information and plans necessary to submit our final PUD application! We are looking forward to final approvals in the coming weeks, and making Living Wisdom Village a reality. Stay tuned!

The project is now in the design phase! This work includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, civil engineering, soil testing, and traffic analysis, all of which will be completed in Spring 2021. The CPCH Board issued a request for proposals in October and selected Studio Completiva in mid-November as its architect to design LWV. Studio Completiva has many years of dedication and advocacy for providing quality housing and creating responsible, sustainable communities. The move into design has been made possible by grants from NextFifty Initiative, Aventa Foundation, and Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, whose support we are very grateful for.
