To administer rental housing for an economically diverse population, within walking distance of the Crestone commercial district, for people 55 and older who are able to live independently.

Living Wisdom Village, Elders Creating Community enhances quality of life by providing affordable housing for adults to age in place with stable housing expenses. It provides a safe, secure environment where residents support each other, opportunities for social interaction are increased, and adults' life experiences and skills are shared with the community at large.
